As an E-commerce Operation Assistant, you would be responsible for

• Assist in the planning and execution of online promotional campaigns/activities.
• Organize product information in the company’s centralized system and ensure to maintain consistent and high-quality data across all online sales channels.
• Support for preparing games related product assets, price-list, promotion schedule
• Prepare performance report on online sales campaigns/activities, 
• Handle customers’ queries and ensure to maintain excellent customer service level at all times to fulfill customers satisfaction. 
• Ability to solve any processing order issues, return orders and customer complaints. 
• Build tools to partially automate some of the work. 

Pre Requisites:

• Computer science or engineering background preferred with Business/Marketing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking skills
• Gamer enthusiast
